A chat message costs ~2 credits per turn. Voice and phone calls cost a 50 credit connection fee plus 30 credits per minute. SMS messages cost 2 credits per segment. Each agent-generated email costs 1 credit. Credits are shared across all agents and channels in your account.
Your agent will stop responding until you purchase a top-up pack or your monthly credits renew. You can set low-balance alerts from your billing dashboard. Top-up packs start at $4.99 for 500 credits and never expire.
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and your new credits are available right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles, but purchased top-up credits never expire.
Cloud plans (Free through Scale) run on hiroi’s shared infrastructure. Enterprise deploys hiroi directly into your own Azure tenant as a single-tenant instance. Your data never leaves your environment, you control the deployment pipeline, and you get full Microsoft ecosystem integration including Azure AD SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Microsoft Graph.
The Free Trial plan gives you 150 credits to explore every channel with no credit card required. For paid plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — if hiroi isn’t right for you, just reach out within 14 days of your first payment.
A conversation is marked “resolved” when the agent answers the visitor’s question without escalating to a human, the visitor doesn’t reopen the thread within 7 days, and no negative feedback is recorded. Resolution rate is the metric we optimize the agent for. Hiroi charges on credits, not per-resolution — you only pay for the messages, minutes, and emails actually used.
SOC 2: Our controls are aligned with SOC 2 Type II Trust Service Criteria. A signed audit report is on our 2026 roadmap — in the meantime, our full Security Policy documents every control.
